This durable bi-metal thermometer indicates the max temperature achieved during an autoclave cycle with the red pointer, an ideal quick verification for autoclaves.
The maximum registering pointer (red) that is moved up by the temperature measuring pointer (black) to indicate the highest temperature achieved, and remains there until manually reset.
The thermometer is completely mercury free in line with US EPA and EU REACH guidelines.
