Print PageThe GT/PS20 polypropylene spheres minimise evaporation and heat loss whilst allowing easy access to vessels. They are an ideal alternative to a lid. Approximately 1 pack is required for 1L-14L baths such as the SUB6 and SUB14. 2 packs required for 15L-30L baths such as the SUB28. 3 packs required for baths over 30L such as the SUB36.
These polypropylene spheres minimise evaporation and heat loss whilst allowing easy access to vessels. They are an ideal alternative to a lid and are suitable for use in all unstirred water baths
Numbers of packs required:
1 Pack - 2/5/12L water baths
2 Packs - 18/26/DL water baths
3 Packs - 34L water baths
* Between operating temperatures 60ºC and 100ºC and below room temperature a lid or layer of polypropylene spheres should be used.
