Nabertherm high temperature 850°C laboratory and industrial oven range
The Nabertherm high temperature oven uses forced convection to heat to temperatures upto 850°C. These heating chambers are designed for use in science, research, laboratories and industrial applications such as annealing, crystalising, preheating, curing and tool making. They are supplied with an integrated touch screen controller and with a free downloadable app allowing you to monitor progress of your oven via a simple wifi connection.
The high temperature oven is customisable with a range of options.

Safety
This furnace is not suitable for processes generating explosive gas mixtures, e.g. debinding processes. If used for these kind of processes the concentration of organic gases in the furnace must never exceed 3% of the lower explosion level. This precondition is not only valid for normal operation but in particular for exceptional circumstances, e.g. process failures (caused by a module breakdown etc).
A wide range of furnaces, which are specially designed for processes generating explosive gas mixtures is available or indoor use only.

Servicing Options Available
Have you considered your servicing requirements? Much like a car, scientific instruments may need a bit of care to keep them working reliably and at their most accurate.
The Camlab Service Department have over 60 years experience in scientific instrumentation. We have a number of highly qualified internal and field-based service engineers able to perform a variety of jobs including preventative maintenance servicing and calibration.
Camlab can offer yearly service contracts which include two main types of preventative maintenance/calibration services – the back to base service and an engineer visit to your site. These options are can be offered with differing turn around times depending on the instrument type and your requirements along with loan instruments if available.

A typical preventative maintenance service includes the following: Inspection and testing of the unit
Dismantling, cleaning and inspection of the key parts
Correction of minor defects including adjustments if necessary
Reassembly and testing
Take post adjustment / cleaning readings
Supply of calibration certificate
Return of the item to you (back to base services)

Standard Controllers
Nabertherm's extensive line of standard controllers satisfies most customer requirements. Based on the specific furnace model, the controller regulates the furnace temperature reliably and is equipped with an integrated USB-interface for documentation of process data (NTLog/NTGraph).
The standard controllers are developed and fabricated within the Nabertherm group. The user can choose between 17 languages. From a technical standpoint, these devices are custom-fit for each furnace model or the associated application. From a simple controller with an adjustable temperature to the control unit with freely configurable control parameters, stored programs and PID microprocessor control with a self-diagnosis system, these controllers vary to meet different requirements.
