HACH's 2100Q & 2100Q IS portable Turbidimeter for measuring turbidity.
The 2100Q series is a replacement for the highly popular 2100P and now makes it easier to monitor water cleanlines and clarity, to test product quality and consistency and to meet turbidity regulations where grab samples are used.
The new 2100Q makes it easier to monitor water cleanliness and clarity, to test product quality and consistency, and to meet turbidity regulations where grab samples are used.
Simplest solution for low-level measurements
Single-step verification and on-screen assisted calibration eliminates the need to reference complicated manuals USB module enables simple data transfer. Exclusive algorithm in the Rapidly Settling Turbidity„¢ mode provides accurate, repeatable measurements for rapidly settling, difficult-to-measure samples while eliminating the need for redundant measurements and estimating
Easy calibration and verification
HACH 2100Q and 2100Q IS portable turbidimeters provide confidence your measurements are right every time. On-screen assisted calibration and verification save you time and ensure accuracy. With an easy-to-follow interface, complicated manuals are not needed to perform routine calibrations. Singlestandard RapidCal calibration offers a simplified solution for low level measurements.
Simple Data Transfer
Data transfer with the 2100Q / 2100Q IS is simple, flexible, and does not require additional software when used with the optional USB+Power module. All data can be transferred to the module and easily downloaded to your computer with a USB connection, providing superior data integrity and availability. With two different module options, you can customize cennectivity and power to meet your unique needs.
Accurate for rapidly settling samples
The HACH 2100Q / 2100Q IS portable turbidimeterincorporates an innovative Rapidly Settling Turbidity mode to provide accurate, repeatable measurements for difficult to measure, rapidly settling samples. An exclusive algorithm that calculates turbidity based on a series of automatic readings eliminates redundant measurements and estimating.
Convenient Data Logging
Up to 500 measurements are automatically stored in theinstrument for easy access and backup. Stored information includes: date and time, operator ID, reading mode, sample ID, sample number, units, calibration time, calibration status, error messages and the result.
Optical system for precision in the field
The two-detector optical system compensates for color in the sample, light fluctuation, and stray light, enabling analysts to achieve laboratory-grade performance on a wide range of samples, even under difficult site conditions.
Two models for specific requirements
Have you considered your servicing requirements? Much like a car, scientific instruments may need a bit of care to keep them working reliably and at their most accurate.
The Camlab Service Department have over 60 years experience in scientific instrumentation. We have a number of highly qualified internal and field-based service engineers able to perform a variety of jobs including preventative maintenance servicing and calibration.
Camlab can offer yearly service contracts which include two main types of preventative maintenance/calibration services – the back to base service and an engineer visit to your site. These options are can be offered with differing turn around times depending on the instrument type and your requirements along with loan instruments if available.
A typical preventative maintenance service includes the following:
Inspection and testing of the unit
Dismantling, cleaning and inspection of the key parts
Correction of minor defects including adjustments if necessary
Reassembly and testing
Take post adjustment / cleaning readings
Supply of calibration certificate
Return of the item to you (back to base services)
