Print PagePrecise, flexible capillary viscometry system that allows 'suction' and 'pressure' measurements completely independently of a PC. This gives maximum independence and flexibility, allowing you to set up a measuring station that meets your requirements, even under difficult conditions, eg to monitor production or control quality in the polymer and mineral oil industry.
All types of viscosity calculation are already integrated into the device. A small PS2 keyboard is all you need to enter additional data. A serial printer can be used to conveniently document your results.
The ViscoSystem AVS 470 is of modular design and an optional optical or TC version ViscoPump module can be used to adapt the unit at any time. You can also use your existing accessories such as thermostats, stands or flow-through coolers with the AVS 470.

- ASTM or DIN method
- Capillary Number
- Capillary Diameter
- Constant K value
