These standards can be used for calibration, control, verification, qualification or method validation of kinematic and dynamic viscosity measurement instruments both manual and automatic.
All standards are traceable to the ITS-90 temperature scale and the universally accepted primary standard value of the viscosity of water at 20°C, defined as 1.0034 cSt (mm2/s) by ISO3666
- Manufactured and certified according to ASTM D2162 using Ubbelohde Master Viscometers, the internationally recognised primary method for viscosity standard certification
- Each standard is certified for Kinematic Viscosity (mm2/s or cSt), Dynamic Viscosity (cP) and Density (g/ml) at a range of temperatures
- The manufacturer Reagecon holds ISO17025 accreditation for temperature calibration, balance calibration and the testing of Density Standards for use on digital Density Meters

Can I buy chemicals as a private individual?
The majority of chemicals can be purchased by private individuals but there are a number of products which are restricted for a number of reasons. These include Hazardous chemicals, weapon and drug precursor chemicals and other restricted chemicals.
What's the process for buying Chemicals?
Business User - You should have an account with Camlab so we can verify your status, for online purchases you need to be registered on the website against that business account and logged in. For hazardous and restricted chemicals you may need to undergo an additional check. To facilitate this you should provide a company number when making a purchase. New companies or sole traders may need to provide additional proof of a trading business to ensure we can fulfil your delivery.
These checks may add to the delivery times for these items, The delivery time period will not start until the chemical check has been completed; for clarification please phone 01954233110
Private user - For the purchase of Non-Hazardous chemicals you should be a registered user of the website and be logged in to make these purchases.
Guest checkouts for hazardous or restricted chemicals will be cancelled and refunded.
Delivery to Home addresses?
Camlab use a specialist chemicals courier to deliver chemicals, they will not deliver any hazardous chemicals to a residential address. These must be sent to a business address.
Home office license scheme
We are currently unable to supply chemicals to people who possess a home office license for private individuals under that scheme.
