TX150 Thermostatic Stirrer

The Grant Optima range of quality and reliable immersion thermostats with exceptional temperature control for a wide range of laboratory applications. There are two general purpose models: the T100 and TC120, and two advanced models: TX150 and TXF200. 

These models can be combined with one of the Grant stainless steel or plastic tanks or use a T clamp to attach to virtually any vertical sided tank with a maximum wall thickness of 35mm for rectangular tanks, 30mm for circular tanks (300mm diameter) and a capacity of up to 50 litres. Minimum and maximum temperatures achievable are dependent upon tank insulation and minimum operating temperature depends on the accessory cooling device.

To allow systems to operate at or below ambient temperature select either the C1G or C2G cooling system with your Optima digital thermostat. The C1G cooling system allows stainless steel tanks to have a temperature range of 0 to 40°C and the C2G allows the larger 26 and 38L stainless steel tanks to reach down to -15°C when paired with a Grant Optima TC120, TX150 or TXF200 heating circulators.
