Rubber tubing stays flexible in use and is ideal for general lab applications.
This range of tubing has standard walls for more flexible and light use, such as with gas taps and bunsen burners, attaching water supply to condenser columns and other everyday use around the lab.
For use with vacuum pumps and other more demanding tasks the heavy walled tubing is better suited.
The naming convention on the normal N tubing is the internal tube diameter in mm followed by the wall thickness in millimetres; e.g. N3x0.75 is a tube with a 3mm bore with 0.75mm wall thickness
