STERICELL Comfort is designed for hot air sterilization, heating and drying. It has forced air circulation in the chamber by means of a built-in fan which eliminates the €œcold air€ area formation.
Stericells have an automatic (Fuzzy-Logic) microprocessor control, digital display and a PT100 sensor. The special software adjustment always ensuring a correct drying or sterilising operation and guarantees high accuracy of temperature regulation and process reliability.
The working temperature is 10°C above ambient temperature up to 250°C.
The STERICELL range are used to achieve a perfect, quick and accurate drying, heating and sterilization. The sterilization is achieved through the action of forced circulation of dry hot air at a specified temperature and exposure time - usually around 160°C to 180°C for 30-60 minutes, depending on the nature of use. The process runs in the closed pressure stainless steel chamber.
The patented system of air circulation in the chamber ensures a quick and accurate achievement of the required temperature in the chamber, which guarantees an ideal process of samples heating. The STERICELL line offers high operation comfort, precise regulation and short times of temperature equalization in the chamber after opening the door.
This range complies with the requirement of the EU Directive no. 93/42/EEC including the clinical evaluation.
Have you considered your servicing requirements? Much like a car, scientific instruments may need a bit of care to keep them working reliably and at their most accurate.
