Burkle Solvent pump Mini - Thread GL45 - Stainless steel/PTFE

Burkle mini Solvent pump is a small hand operated pump for dispensing solvents and other flammable liquids in the lab. Quickly and safely dispense from 1 to 5L containers for everyday use. Ideal for high-purity liquids and readily flammable liquids including acetone, isopropanol, ethanol, methanol etc.

The mini solvent pump is a high-quality hand pump for small containers including bottles, canisters, carboys and tanks up to 5L. Filling and dosing of solvents and flammable liquids is quick, easy and safe.

The hand pump works according to the excess pressure principle; an excess pressure is built up in the container with the pump ball, forcing the liquid outwards. This means that only the hose, pumping tube and discharge come into contact with the liquid. 

All parts of this hand pump in contact with medium are manufactured from high-quality and inert materials PTFE and stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301), AISI 316L (1.4404), which feature excellent chemical resistance. The Mini solvent pump is therefore especially well suited for use with high-purity liquids and readily flammable media such as acetone, isopropanol, ethanol and methanol, etc

To ensure safety a pressure relief valve protects the pump against excess pressure build-up, for example due to changes in temperature.

The grounding cable included with the pump is easily connected to divert electrostatic charges and ensure safe filling of flammable liquids.

Comes with a standard GL 45 connector thread compatible with most bottles including most Duran glass laboratory bottles. The flexible PTFE hose to dispense the liquid can be shortened easily as required.

Self-closing discharge with auto-stop function ensures precise filling with no dripping. Dosing is even easy in very small containers such as test tubes.

Very compact pump to save bench space and well balanced to allow easy filling without tipping over, even from smaller containers.
