The Memmert HPPeco constant climate chambers replace the standard HPP models but with improved energy efficiency. Because of its temperature and humidity ranges, the HPP range is ideal for the requirements of stability tests in the pharmaceutical industry (Q1A). It is also suitable for insect breeding or housing zebra fish because it has a quiet operation and the ability to adding lighting within the chamber.
The constant climate chamber earns its name due to temperature and humidity homogeneity within the working chamber. This stable distribution of temperature and humidity can be achieved with even challenging parameters because of a micro-dosing pump and smart control. This ensures the interior is quickly humidified. It also has a Peltier dehumidification system ensuring control is achieved at low humidity levels (and even when the test sample itself emits moisture).

Validation of Temperature and Humidity Set Points
Even if you have had a Memmert instrument for some time without a service contract or you have acquired it through another channel Camlab can service and maintain it for you in accordance with Memmert guidelines. Our fully qualified service engineers can visit your site and make a full assessment of the condition of the intrument and recommend a full maintenace protocol for you. If serviced regularly and lifed items are replaced regularly Memmert equipment will be reliable and dependable, ensuring that downtime is kept to the absolute minimum. Service contract customers receive a priortiy service and we can cover any extended downtime with a loan instrument should the need arise.
9 or 27 Point Mapping Aftersales Service
Temperature mapping is one element of the operational qualification of your oven. Our engineers are both trained andqualified to provide a full temperature mapping service in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. This isa full day activity with a maximum 2 temperatures being mapped at either 9 or 27 sensor points in your oven. For each temperature, 60 measurements (1 per minute) are taken at each sensor point and you will be provided with a report showingthe results normally 2 weeks after. Whilst on site our engineers will be able to discuss any issues with you and determine whether any adjustments, modifications or repairs are required.
Operational/Performance Qualification OQ/PQ
We also complete a wide range of operational checks (OQ) to determine how your oven is operating. This includes checking every process relating to alarms, switching and control functions. PQ can either be carried out as a standalone activity or after the OQ checks. A full report pack is completed during the tests for your records. Whilst on site our engineers will be able to discuss any issues with you and determine whether any adjustments, modifications or repairs are required. This is a verification service only.
