The HQ30D by Hach is a single-input digital multi-parameter electrochemistry meter that offers true Plug and Play operation with IntelliCAL pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen (LDO) and ISE probes. This meter is available without any probes or in a number of bundles listed below with a range of probe types included.

Features:

All HQD meters feature an advanced yet simple user inteface that does not require manuals or training to operate.
Compatible with the Hach IntelliCAL range of probes and automatically recognise the test parameter, calibration history and methods to minimise errors and set up time. The meter is durable and designed to withstand years in the field.
"Smart" meters store probe serial numbers, calibration history, user ID, time, date and location of readings. All data (up to 500 data points) can be accessed using a simple menu-driven interface with intuitive icons. Transfer GLP/ISO data effortlessly to a PC or USB flash stick.

The Camlab Service Department have over 60 years experience in scientific instrumentation. We have a number of highly qualified internal and field-based service engineers able to perform a variety of jobs including preventative maintenance servicing and calibration.

Camlab can offer yearly service contracts which include two main types of preventative maintenance/calibration services – the back to base service and an engineer visit to your site. These options are can be offered with differing turn around times depending on the instrument type and your requirements along with loan instruments if available.

A typical preventative maintenance service includes the following:

Inspection and testing of the unit

Dismantling, cleaning and inspection of the key parts

Correction of minor defects including adjustments if necessary

Reassembly and testing

Take post adjustment / cleaning readings

Supply of calibration certificate

Return of the item to you (back to base services)
