The HI-720 Calcium Hardness Checker is a simple, accurate and cost effective way to measure low ranges of copper in water. Designed as a more accurate alternative to chemical test kits, the HI-720 provides quick, accurate results in four easy steps.
HI-720 uses an adaptation of the standard methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater, 18th edition, Calmagite method. The reaction between calcium and the reagents cause a reddish-violet tint in the sample.
