Manufactured from specially formulated polypropylene and designed for storage at temperatures as low as - 190°C. The interior of the cap remains leakproof even at very low temperatures and both closure and tube have the same coefficient of expansion.
The tubes have a white marking area and the cap can be colour coded by the use of cap inserts (available separately). The vials are gamma radiation sterilised.
