Chemistry Lab Vacuum System LVS210T with variations

This system is part of the LVS range which comprises of diaphragm pump systems designed for solvent distillation/evaporation applications. They consist of an oil-free chemical duty diaphragm pump (MPC) with optional control packages, liquid containment and exhaust vapor condenser. All wetted parts are made from high quality chemically resistant materials with clear plastic coated glassware to allow solvent and acid vapors to be pumped.

The LVS systems includes a wide selection of modular designs with different flow ranges and accessories to match the different kinds of applications. With the inlet separator the pump is protected from liquid and particle ingestion.
LVS systems are available with and without controllers. The vacuum can be adjusted precisely to individual needs with the result that the process runs more efficiently and is reproducible. The additional pressure reduction allows the distillation of mixtures almost automatically and without fractionated operation.

LVS 201T is available in four variations:

• LVS 201T - 115037 with a manual regulated connection
• LVS 201T w/ gauge - 115037-10 with a Digital Vacuum gauge and manual regulated connection
• LVS 210 T - 115034 with a digital VCZ 521 vacuum Controller and controller regulated connection
• LVS 210T ef - 115234 with a digital VCZ 521 vacuum Controller and controller regulated connection. In addition it has an Ecoflex vacuum controller. The pump speed is automatically varied to control vacuum.
