A round ultrasonic bath ideal for cleaning sieves as well as standard applications such as degassing solvents or other cleaning tasks.

The Elmasonic S 50 R offers the latest ultrasonic technology for the cleaning of laboratory sieves, degassing of HPLC solvens and processing samples. Microprocessor controlled ultrasonic modes and special predefined programmes assist every standard laboratory and cleaning application.

Sieve analysis as a standard process in analytical laboratories can only provide accurate results if particles are removed from the sieve to the last grain. The special sieve cleaning programme this unit offers uses two ultrasonic modes in an alternating pattern which creates powerful cleaning pulses and leads to perfect cleaning results.

Also ideal for degassing HPLC solvens in erlenmeyer or conical flasks, or in 1L solvent bottles. The degas mode degasses the liquid reliably within approx. 30 minutes. The gas is "collected" to form large bubbles which are taken to the surface and then out of the liquid in short operating breaks. The degas mode can also be used for degassing samples in the food sector - e.g. the removal of carbon dioxide.
