Torrey Pines
Torrey Pines have been developing and manufacturing chilling and heating equipment for laboratories for 20 years. Their extensive and versatile range is used worldwide in laboratories in every field, from biotech and pharmaceutical to environmental and chemical.
Always pioneering innovations in their field, Torrey Pines developed the first closed-loop, self-balancing, auto-ranging electronic ultra-microbalance in the early 1970s, trade named Autobalance; the first digital/programmable single- and multi-position stirring hot plates in the mid 1980s trade named Dataplate; and the first Peltier-based, benchtop chilling/heating incubators, trade named EchoTherm in the late 1990s.
All of their products are made in the USA and are certified by UL, CSA and CE agencies for safety. Units are tested prior to dispatch and marked with a unique serial number.
