Three measurement ranges to satisfy each need, COD levels vary depending on the application and process measuring points, HANNA offers reagents to cover three separate ranges. Simply choose the best range for your application:
Accurate and repeatable measurements HANNA COD reagents have been developed in accordance with Standard Methods 5220D,and USEPA 410.4 methods.
Pre-dosed vials the HANNA COD vials contains approx. 3 mL of pre-dosed reagent. The operator just needs to add a small quantity of the sample - 2 mL for LR and MR, and 0.2 mL for HR analysis.
Quick and accurate measurements
With pre-dosed vials test preparation time is dramatically reduced. There is no time-consuming reagent preparation procedure or glassware cleaning.
Safe reagents
HANNA COD reagents are safe for operators and the environment. Vials and caps have been designed to avoid accidental reagent spills. Thanks to the pre-dosed reagents, the amount of chemicals is minimized.
Compaible with a wide range of photometers including Hach and Lovibond
Can I buy chemicals as a private individual?
The majority of chemicals can be purchased by private individuals but there are a number of products which are restricted for a number of reasons. These include Hazardous chemicals, weapon and drug precursor chemicals and other restricted chemicals.
What's the process for buying Chemicals?
Business User - You should have an account with Camlab so we can verify your status, for online purchases you need to be registered on the website against that business account and logged in. For hazardous and restricted chemicals you may need to undergo an additional check. To facilitate this you should provide a company number when making a purchase. New companies or sole traders may need to provide additional proof of a trading business to ensure we can fulfil your delivery.

Private user - For the purchase of Non-Hazardous chemicals you should be a registered user of the website and be logged in to make these purchases.
Guest checkouts for hazardous or restricted chemicals will be cancelled and refunded.
Delivery to Home addresses?
Camlab use a specialist chemicals courier to deliver chemicals, they will not deliver any hazardous chemicals to a residential address. These must be sent to a business address.
Home office license scheme
We are currently unable to supply chemicals to people who possess a home office license for private individuals under that scheme.
