A range of disposable plastic cuvettes by Brand - choose from PS (polystyrene) PMMA (poly(methyl methacrylate)) and UV-cuvettes.
UV-Cuvette type are ideally suited for determinations in water analysis, chemistry and in life science applications. They are usable with most polar solvents and acid and alkaline solutions. This disposable option offers drastically reduced risk of cross contamination and lower cost than quartz cuvettes.
PS and PMMA cuvettes are well suited to kinetic measurements. They offer minimal variation of extinction values, a clean clear optical path and an arrow mark to indicate the direction of transmission. They are supplied in resealable packaging and sorted by cavity to minimise manufacturing variations.
Use the PMMA type for applications from 300 to 900 nm, the PS type for 340 to 900nm and the UV-cuvette type for 230 to 900nm.

Disposable cuvettes are used in many labs where cross contamination of samples is a concern or where the cost of quartz or glass cuvettes is too high.
